Wanted OC Characters

These are character Suggestions and/or Concepts that you are welcome to make and incorporate into the plot.

Name: (Is up to you)
Jellal Fernandes, from Fairy Tale.
Concept: Is a 18 year old Sorcerer, much more powerful then that of Syaoran Li and Sakura Kinomoto who are still children and developing their powers and believes they should not be involved with the Clow Cards since they are children and dealing with the powerful cards is dangerous for them and those around them. He is a bit of a jerk and possible Villain to the main characters. He wouldn't be above using his magic against the kids to get what he wants and stop them from succeeding. But he isn't completely evil either and wouldn't go out of his way to actually hurt anyone. He wants the Clow Cards to increase his own power and nothing more.

Is it possible that I can make a relative for the 'Li' family? But, with some help of course?

Sure you can, we just need to explain how they would be related to Syaoran Li since he is a canon playable character.

It would be more like a 'branch' off type of thing? Where he is related with them, but some aspects are missing. Like a mystery more or less

Okay, you will need to explain that a little though so if anyone playing Syaoran isn't confused. If he a secret of the Li family? Does anyone in the world know who he is? It is all good if he is a mystery to the characters, this needs to make sence to the people playing them though it helps for plotting stuff.

Sorry for the late reply. Well I want this to be a bit of a secret his origin more or less. Or a surprise.

okay, his origin can be kept secret, just if anyone else wants to play a Li in the future will have to let them know what is known and what isn't known about your character.

It is getting there, some detail to his personality would fantastic since I am kinda confused about what his personality is like. You have listed that he is Serious but he is also Playful which are kinda opposites of eachother. You also have listed that he is Annoying, how is he annoying? I am just looking for some details is all =)
